Weekend Getaway

Last weekend, my boyfriend and I went on a mini-road trip to North Carolina. We decided to have a little getaway before I head off the school and plus I found a great deal for a hotel (thank you groupon!) 

Whenever I travel, I love trying local places. I found this app call Roadtrippers that finds local restaurants and tourist-y areas along your route!

We ended going to an art museum, walking in a botanical garden, finding a bakery with some delicious macaroons, and eating ice cream along a waterfall. Overall, I think it was a success!
